Please make sure you read all the following before coming on down.

  1. Indoor climbing has always been, and will continue to be, a high-risk activity.
In addition to the risks inherent to climbing, indoor climbing centers are high contact areas that present the risk of contamination and infection. Our staff have and will continue to follow protocols and recommendations that reduce risk, but we cannot eliminate that risk entirely.
  2. Effective July 30, 2021 by order of the Sacramento County Health Department ALL INDIVIDUALS IN THE COUNTY ARE DIRECTED TO WEAR FACE COVERINGS INDOORS IN WORKPLACES AND PUBLIC SETTINGS regardless of vaccination status.
  3. Groups & Parties
We are now hosting birthday parties and other groups. Please call for reservation information and other details, and for any limitations/restictions.
  4. Home School
All 2022 winter/spring semester classes are full.
  5. Feeling unwell?
We ask that if you feel ill or think you have been exposed to COVID-19 (or any other illness) to please refrain from coming to the gym.
  6. Wash and sanitize your hands frequently.
There is hand sanitizer located throughout the facility for you to use during your time at Granite Arch. We also recommend that you wash your hands regularly during your time here and prior to leaving the facility. That’s just good hygiene!
  7. Monitoring for symptoms
As per California standards we will be screening staff for symptoms and taking their temperature at the beginning of each shift.
  8. Physical distancing is still a good idea.
Please do your best to keep yourself physically distanced from other climbers that are not climbing with you.
  9. Our staff are here to help
Rules and guidelines, along with any updates, will also be posted on our social media, as well as on signs throughout the gym. Don’t hesitate to approach the staff with any questions or concerns, and if you have questions before coming in or after you leave you can always call us at (916) 852-7625 or email us at info@granitearch.com.

Thank you for taking the time to read these rules and guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation. Now let’s get climbing!
